- ≤1KG: Default via 4PX Postal Registered Parcel (trackable,).
- >1KG: you can choose Upgraded to DHL Express (faster delivery for high-value/urgent orders).
- Transparent Pricing: Shipping costs are based on 4PX/DHL official rates with no markup. Official freight invoices will be provided.
II. Payment Terms and System Support
- Advance Payment Policy
- Deposit: 30%-50% of the order value (negotiable based on order size), balance payable before shipment.
- System Features:
- Access to a dedicated Drop Shipping management system for real-time order tracking, logistics updates, and document downloads.
- Downloadable Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and shipping proofs via the system.
III. Delivery Timeline and Logistics
- Processing and Shipping
- Order Processing: 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time:
- 4PX Postal Parcel: 7-12 days to major countries (e.g., US, EU), extended to 15-20 days for regions like Brazil or South Africa.
- DHL Express: 3-7 days globally (excluding remote areas).
- Shipping Cost Reference:
- ≤1KG: 10-15 USD (like 4PX).
IV. Restricted Products and Notes
- Prohibited Items
- Not Accepted: Products containing lithium batteries, power banks, or other hazardous/sensitive goods (restricted by air transport regulations).
