Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including but not limited to:

- Products altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
2. Reporting a Defective/Damaged Item
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Clear photos/video of the defect or damage.
- Our team will review your claim and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
No returns will be processed without an RA number.
3. Return Process

- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If approved, we will:
- Process a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) or
- Arrange a free replacement (subject to stock availability).
4. Timeframe
- Defect/damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
5. Non-Qualifying Returns
Items that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or natural wear and tear.
- Shipping carriers are responsible for transit-related damages; please inspect packages before accepting delivery.
